All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Your Bloombrevity products arrive at your door, ready to use.
During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and product launches, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic US orders over $50. The threshold is calculated on the subtotal after any discounts have been applied, excluding taxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Delays and Exceptions
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include:

Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please follow these steps:
1 Document the damage
Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging before disposing of anything.
2 Contact us within 48 hours
Email Jermaine.Rakal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
3 We will make it right
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
For lost orders, please wait until 5 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us, as packages are sometimes delayed by carriers without tracking updates.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Bloombrevity is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at Jermaine.Rakal@gmail.com. We can only update addresses before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Bloombrevity products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
