At Bloombrevity, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy to ensure you can shop with complete confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged due to our error.

Section 03
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:
1 Contact us by email
Email Jermaine.Rakal@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
2 Include the details
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos.
3 Wait for approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
4 Ship the item back
Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service.
5 Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be processed and items may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
Section 05
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different variant (such as a different scent or size) within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference

Can't find what you want in stock? We can issue a store credit valid for 12 months so you can shop when your preferred item is back.
Section 06
Faulty or Wrong Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. This is not the Bloombrevity standard and we will make it right immediately.

You will not be required to return the item in most cases of damage or fault
Please do not discard damaged packaging or products before contacting us. Photos of the damage are required to process your claim. Claims without supporting evidence may not be approved.

Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are eligible for refund under the same conditions as full-price items, unless they are marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Discount codes do not affect refund eligibility unless stated in the promotion terms

Refunds on discounted items will be for the amount paid, not the original retail price

When return shipping is covered by us, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Please use only the label provided — we cannot reimburse independently arranged shipping unless previously agreed in writing.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps before contacting us:

Some refunds take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
2 Contact your bank
There is often a processing period before a refund appears. Contact your bank or card issuer directly.
